Our Clinic has permanently closed as of Oct. 15,2025

Dear Patients,

Royal Columbia Medical Clinic will be closing on Oct.15,2025 .

Dr. Waterson will be retiring and Dr. Antonious, Dr. Akinbobola and Dr. Hay will be relocating.   Please read your doctor's letter for information on their new clinic location. 


 If you are a patient of Dr. Antonious and Dr. Akinbobola's your medical records will be automatically transferred to their new location.

Prescription & Lab results

  1. Lab results are strictly confidential, patients must meet with our doctor to get their; lab results or any other chart information.  Doctors will not do prescription refills over the phone you will need an appointment to talk to a doctor. 
  2. Please remember to book 2-3 weeks in advance

  • Your doctor will connect with you there.  You may need to wait.

Appointments

Missed/cancelled appointments:   


Patients who miss their appointment by not answering their phone or fail to check into virtual clinic will be considered a no show of appointment and will be charged a 

NO SHOW FEE.


Appointments which are missed or not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be billed as an uninsured service, as we would like to open up that space for other patients who may need to see their doctor.

We are located directly across the street from Royal Columbia Hospital
